Frame & Lock-up Package
For builders managing their own fit-out. Request a quote for light gauge steel framing, roof sheets, external cladding, windows, doors and the specified connectors and weatherproofing accessories. Check the itemised schedule for your project.
Home-in-a-Box Package
Start with the frame and lock-up scope and select insulation, linings, flooring, kitchen, bathroom and patio materials. Foundations, site installation, local electrical and plumbing work, freight and unloading are identified separately in the quote.
S2 two-bedroom project
For one dwelling or several, tell us the delivery postcode, number of S2 homes, required scope and construction dates. We will use these details to prepare a project-specific quote.

- Insulation & Linings — Insulation, wall linings, ceiling linings and ceiling battens.
- Flooring — Floor finishes, underlays and trims.
- Kitchen — Cabinetry, benchtops and scheduled fittings.
- Bathroom — Bathroom fixtures, screens, vanities and fittings.
- Plumbing & Pipework — Scheduled pipework materials and fittings. Local trade work is identified separately.
- Patio & Outdoor Living — Patio framing, roofing and outdoor finishes where included in the project scope.
How We Deliver
Agree the supply schedule and delivery point with Stardom. For China-sourced items, our team coordinates factory reservations, receipt and quality checks at the Foshan hub, then plans packing and freight around your project. The quotation sets out the delivery arrangements and who handles unloading.
