We aim to offer you a happy and satisfied purchase experience and make the shopping as easy and trouble free as possible.
All orders will be shipped by Australia Post from Melbourne.
You can easily select the shipping method during checkout.
- – Free regular shipping within Australia.
- – Express Post shipping within Australia ($12).
- – International Parcels Shipping worldwide ($15).
Your order will be sent out on the same or the next working day.
It usually takes 3-5 working days to reach you, however, deliveries to Northern Queensland, Northern Territory or Northern Western Australia may take longer.
Every item will be packed by individual plastic bag, jewelry box, bubble wrap for protection, using Australia Post Satchels or Envelopes.
WARRANTY
We offer a 60 day warranty against any defect in materials and manufactures on all of our jewelry from the date of purchase. We will help you to repair or replace products that are proven to be defective. Warranty doesn’t cover those defects due to normal wear and tear, careless handing and improper use.
EXCHANGE/RETURN
If you are not completely satisfied with the purchase, we are more than happy for you to exchange/return a product within 14 days of the purchase date.
Subject to our discretion, products for exchange/return must be in perfect, re-sellable condition, unused and in the original packaging. Items that are considered to be “used” can’t enjoy exchange/return service and will be returned back to you.
Exchange/ return postage will be at your own cost.
